Welcome to Tropical Islands! We ask all guests who have booked accommodation outside the Dome to check in at our new Reception near the roundabout. There’s a big sign that reads “Tropical Islands Resort” over the entrance, so you can’t miss it.
Our day guests and overnight guests who have booked a room, Safari Tent or Lodge should check in inside the Dome as usual.
Our friendly staff at the Reception will provide you with all the brochures, information and usual organisational services that guests may require. We also offer free information material on destinations for excursions in the region. Our staff know the area well and will be happy to help you plan your holiday!

For camping guests
If you arrive after the Reception has closed, you can check in at the reception in Tropical Islands. If you know you will be arriving late, please contact us in advance.
Pitches are handed over to guests on the day of arrival from 11:00 am. Please plan to vacate your pitch before 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Grill package
When booking your grill package please indicate how many people will be eating.
Shop and Bistro
Our Shop & Bistro is located on the Campsite, not far from the entrance to the resort. Here you can buy things for your daily needs: camping equipment, food, magazines, games and souvenirs. We also offer a continental and vegetarian breakfast as well as salads and pizza fresh from the oven.
Barbecue packages for guests to cook for themselves are also available.

Barbecue packages
You can pick up your pre-ordered barbecue package from the Shop & Bistro during the regular opening hours.
Bike rental
You can rent a bike or e-bike for as little as 7.00 EUR per day. Our staff will be happy to recommend destinations in the region and give you tips for bike tours. You'll find everything you need at the shop: kids' bikes, child seats, helmets and bikes for groups of up to 30 persons. Don't miss out on the great destinations in the beautiful Spreewald!

For our youngest visitors, the Tropical Islands campsite has its very own wooden playground.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at the Tropical Islands campsite. If you wish to bring other pets with you, please talk to us in advance.
Free wireless internet
In order to tell your beloved ones about your vacancy and to keep up to date, our free wireless internet access makes it possible and is available across the entire Tropical Islands site.
DVB-T2 reception
Don't want to miss the news or your favourite soap opera? No problem! Bring your DVB-T aerial and receiver: you can receive DVB-T2 across the entire Tropical Islands site.
Free shuttle service
Our free shuttle bus will take you right to the door of Europe's largest tropical holiday world in just a few minutes. If you want to visit the local region, Berlin or Potsdam during your stay, the free shuttle bus will also take you to the closest railway station, Brand.
