Occupancy: The minimum occupancy per double room is one adult and one child (4-14 years). The minimum occupancy per double tent is one person and one child (4-14 years).

Other: Offer must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to arrival and is subject to availability. Offer not available on public holidays such as Easter, Christmas, Whitsun and New Year's Eve and on school holiday at Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony. Number of guest rooms available is limited. Free cancellation not available with this offer. Offer may not be combined with other offers or promotions.

Parking: Please note that our parking spaces are subject to charges. The fee per drive-up in the immediate vicinity of the hall is EUR 7.00 and the fees for parking spaces P2 and P3 are EUR 4.00 each with maximum validity until 01:00 the following day. Free parking is available immediately behind the entrance to the Tropical Islands site.
