To make your stay safe and comfortable, we offer numerous services to ensure you want for nothing. Store your valuables in our lockers. Use our free Wi-Fi to share your memories and photos with the world. Our first aid team is always on hand should something happen, and lost and found items can be found at our lost and found desk. For all other questions, our team at the info desk is available around the clock.
There are 11 toilets available in the Dome and in the AMAZONIA outdoor area. Five of which are accessible toilets. There are also three indoor baby changing tables

There is a first aid station in the Dome.
In the Dome there is an information desk to answer queries.
There is a reception desk for check-in and check-out.
In the Bora Boa Lounge there are two large enclosed smoking rooms.
There are 4 shower areas in the Dome.
Separate reception at the resort for holiday home guests - temporarily closed.
Two washers and dryers, bathrooms, showers, two family bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, children's bathroom with bathtub and accessible facilities, baby changing room, cooking and dishwashing facilities, dog shower.

For campers
Pitch allocation is from 11 a.m on the day of arrival. Please plan to vacate the pitch before 11 a.m on your departure.
Grill packages
For barbecue packages, please specify the amount of people when making your reservation.
You can collect your booked barbecue package in our shop and bistro during regular opening hours.
Shop and bistro
In the west of our resort, approaching from the roundabout, you will find our shop and bistro on the left hand side behind the car park. Here you can purchase essentials such as: camping equipment, food, magazines, games and souvenirs. We also offer a continental and a vegetarian and vegan breakfast, as well as salads and pizzas from the oven.
Barbecue grill packages for at home use are also available here.
Bicycle rental
You can rent bikes and eBikes from 7.00 EUR per day. Our staff will be happy to assist you with recommendations for excursions in the region and tips for cycling trips. Whether children's bikes or seats, helmets or two-wheelers for groups of up to 30 people - don't miss the excursion destinations in the beautiful Spreewald.
Children's playground
The youngest guests can play on the wooden playground for limitless fun.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on our campsite! If you would like to bring other animals with you, please arrange this in advance.
Free Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire area so that you can tell your friends back home about the latest events from your holiday or keep up to date with the news.
DVB-T2 reception
For guests who don't wish to miss the 8 p.m. news or their favourite TV series at the campsite, we advise them to bring their own aerial and receiver. This means that DVB-T2 reception is possible on the premises.
Free shuttle service
You can reach Europe's largest tropical vacation world in just a few minutes by shuttle bus. If, in addition to the Tropical Islands experience and wellness area, you would also like to explore the Berlin or Potsdam region, the free shuttle bus will take you to the nearest train station in Brand.
